2. What data we process
When you write to us — via the form on the site (which opens your e-mail app), directly by e-mail or by phone: your name or company name, e-mail, phone number if given, and the content of your message.
Server logs — on every visit the hosting server records the IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser type. This is standard for any web server and is used for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies and tracking — the site does not use cookies, analytics tools or advertising pixels. Fonts, images and all other files are served from our own server, so the site loads no content from third-party servers. If this changes, we will ask for your consent first.
3. Purpose and legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis (Article 10(1) of the Law) |
|---|---|
| Answering your question and preparing an offer | steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (indent 2) |
| If you become a client — handling your work | performance of a contract (indent 2) and our statutory accounting obligations (indent 3) |
| Server logs | legitimate interest — security and operation of the site (indent 6) |
4. Who sees the data
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. It is used only by our staff, where needed for the purposes above, and by the processors that provide our technical services:
- Makedonski Telekom AD Skopje — website hosting;
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365) — e-mail; our account data is stored in data centres in the European Union.
5. How long we keep it
- Messages and enquiries — up to 2 years from the last contact, unless we enter into a contract; then the contract terms and the rules on retaining accounting records apply.
- Server logs — up to 12 months, after which they are deleted automatically.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data (Art. 19), its rectification (Art. 20) or erasure (Art. 21), restriction of processing (Art. 22), portability (Art. 24), and to object (Art. 25). Send your request to info@foster.mk.
You have the right to lodge a request with the Personal Data Protection Agency (Art. 17(2)(4)).
7. Do you have to provide data
No. Providing data is voluntary and not a legal obligation. Without an e-mail address or phone number, however, we cannot reply to you.
8. Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions or carry out profiling based on automated processing of your data.
9. Changes
We update this policy when the way we process data changes. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last change.
